Introduction: Our new young children are somehow different!
It often seems as if the Indigo children
would like to be treated as adult equals. This is not the case.
They wish to be treated as equal souls, but at the same time
would like to be able to keep the valuable parts of
childhood.
Dear reader,
With the present book, I hope to satisfy the need for extensive information about the "Children of the New Age", the Indigo children, a need often expressed during the past years. The book combines many different kinds of information, and that on completely different levels.
The last years, many people have asked themselves the following question: "What is actually happening to our children and teenagers ?" More and more children show by their behaviour that they do not respond to our norms. They make their parents and their surroundings uneasy. Lack of attention, lack of concentration and hyperactivity have become household expressions. In the mean time, many of the New Children have reached the age of the kindergarten or school and they demand from us new rules and insights. But above all they demand - clear guidelines, clear feelings and clear limits, clear explanations and clear love, clear discipline and lots of freedom. This book calls upon all people in our world to wake up to the beauty of this moment.
If we follow the usual social wisdom that says that we are the norm, then these children by definition must be a-normal. But what is normality? It is shocking to discover how many children suffer from mental deficiencies and how fast the trend, coming from the USA, is establishing itself to quiet them down with medication. It seems as if we have a one and only task: to take care that these children behave normally and that in our society everything stays as it is. In my estimation, the behaviour of these children can't be explained only by our normal social evolution (and our television programs). There is more behind it.
We are all witness of how these children, often even in kindergarten, get strong drugs, because they can't keep themselves quiet and do not fit in with our norms. Out of our children, we form adapted and relying creatures, servants to materialism, instead of securing them loving attendance and guidance. Their existence has a deep meaning. They are on this world to offer us a unique chance to grow. We only have to wake up and grab that chance. By learning to go be aware of the Indigo children, we would also learn to go into ourselves and, as parents, would be forced to question our own way of existence.
In the book themes that emerge in relation to Indigo children are treated in a creative way and on a practical level. Positive aspects always face negative ones, as the book would like to invite you on a exploratory journey, during which you can discover the wonderful, positive potentials of these
children. At this point I would like to emphasise that this book must be understood as the work of a creative pioneer, since at present there is no scientific, statistical or medical research on which I could have based myself. Before everything else, the book aims to inspire a different viewpoint regarding all children "who are somehow different", or who are "just consistently deficiently deranged." The book had been written to invite the many different readers to start interrogating old, ingrained beliefs and rules. Our world is very much oriented towards intellect and matter. That engenders complexity. Complexity is a limitation. On the other hand, simplicity generates genius. Simplicity knows no boundaries and we all long to be boundless. The Indigo children are the messengers of Tomorrow and out of bounds, and they feel trapped in the present structure of our society. Does it have to be that way? Can't we try to see the advantages they offer us and learn from that?
The book would like to help the reader to build a brigde between Old and New. Nowadays there exist so many beautiful, strong children who are the children of the new age. They come into this world with different qualities, potentials and missions. As if being ordered, they come at this point in our history to support humanity and Mother Earth during the process of transformation. The Indigo children are confronted with a great mission in life. They can bring us global peace. To develop themselves, they need us to be openhearted. They come into a world in which many people suffer, but in spite of this they fear change. We live in times in which everything is in constant acceleration. All kinds of information tumble around our heads, forcing us to put more reliance on our intuition and discernment. That means that we must learn to take over the responsibility for our lives, our deeds, our thoughts, our feelings, our weaknesses and our longings. Man has given up his dreams and often only looks at our world through the eyes of others. He has forgotten what it is to live the essence of life and often mourns the loss. In addition, it is important to remember who one is and that every human has chosen his own path and has to learn to accept and to follow it. We must reassume the responsibility for our lives and not always leave that responsibility to others. That means we have to regain power over ourselves and have to recognise that we ourselves have created everything in our lives We have the children that belong to us and the children have the parents they "wished" to have. Everything is right as it is. The Indigo children claim back their responsibility. They percieve who they are, what they have to do, what is right for them and what is not. They know almost exactly what is in front of them and how they can realise it. They are filled with unconditional love, are tolerant and it is alien to them to judge. Their collective wish is that we support them to use the talents given to them to fulfill their purpose in life. They also wish that humanity remembers its original dreams, visions and talents and lives up to these.
Many of you who take up this book perhaps look for miracles and phantastic stories about gifted child prodigies, whereas others might look for possibilities to change a given behaviour of their child, so it quietens down and responds to the norm. My recommendation is to put aside all your notions and expectations and quietly read through the book. The children are both wonderful and a real obligation. Observe where and when your heartbeat starts to quicken. It is a sign that you are experiencing synchronism with the text. In this
synchronisation you will discover your relation to the theme. Read the page several times. During several days, think about what you have read and pay attention to how you feel. Then the solution will come to you all by itself.
My intention is to transmit to parents the following message: you do not have to feel guilty, you are not to blame. A wonderful process of evolution is taking place. It is a process of transformation for which we have been longing since a long time. Let us try together to master the difficulties this revolution brings with it-.
I give my love to these parents, so they can brave themselves, in the first place to gather the courage to personally assess their situation, to put it into the balance and accordingly to act with their heart and inner voice; to have the courage to rethink and think differently; to have the heart to take over the responsibility for their situation with their child; to have the spirit to admit to their feelings of guilt and to solve these and to venture a leap into the unknown; the courage to topple the old systems and to love oneself and others; to find the heart to live their own dreams. Finally, to have the spirit to engage with other parents to enforce for the children only the very best, against all opposition and misunderstanding, whatsoever. I do hope that in this book I have conveyed the interests of the Indigo children satisfactorily enough to arouse in all parents and child- attendants the will to act and to change something in our world.
The children are the most valuable beings the world has. They are the future, and our love belongs to them. They are worth the best we can give them. Let us try together to make a start. Let us reconsider and let us wrest back out of the shadowy perceptions of syndrome and malady and into the light their wonderful, beautiful, luminous, spiritual and loving sides. Once into the light, they can give to the world and humanity their unconditional love unlimited.
In reality there exists only one thing, LOVE.
P.S. During the writing of this book, I received messages from the Indigo children on soullevel about their purposes, their visions of life, their soulgroups and their missions. This book should become a practical book, with many valuable kinds of information, practical solutions and nudge parents and people working with children to think differently. Although some short examples of these channelings can be found in chapter five, they need a bigger frame to be placed in.
